Multigrain flourless raw snack!

I am one of those people who prefer to have tea & coffee with something sweet or semi sweet. But it is not always easy. Especially when I decide to cut off sugar from my meal plan. There are plenty of sweet edible we can make; date ball, or razin, …..

This time I’ve decided to transfer my raw bread recipe into a raw snack. This is how:

How to make:

1- mix all ingredients with spatula or with food processor to make a soft paste.

2- put the thin layer of paste on dehydrator sheet,

3- put them in your dehydrator

4- turn it on for 6-10 hours or until it is completely dried.

There is always a way to make it sweeter, saltier or crunchier 🙂 Adjust the recipe for your taste!…

What you need

– ¼ cup of quinoa powder – ¼ cup of flaxseed powder – ½ sunflower seed powder – ½ tsp salt – ¼ cup orange juice -/1/4 cup sesame seed oil – ¼ cup tahini – ¼ tbsp cinnamon
